Hosting with us
For our own Kaiser products and, after technical review, third-party bots and websites. One instance per key, a 30-day term, no automatic renewal and no automatic billing. New customers of our own products receive the first month free.
For third-party software, we first review the runtime, dependencies, resource requirements and startup instructions in a Discord ticket. Fixing bugs in the third-party program and further development are excluded.

Answered briefly.
Who counts as a new customer, and what does not count?
You are a new customer if you have no 24fire account yet, or registered less than 48 hours ago and have no product yet. Sale packages, special offers and the KVM exchange do not count.
Who owns the server?
You do. Contract and billing run directly with 24fire. Setup, operation and maintenance by us are agreed separately if needed.
Does your site set cookies for this?
No. The button is a normal link. 24fire links the order to our account, and the privacy policy of 24fire applies there.
Is Kaiser Software the hosting provider?
Yes, for our own Kaiser products and, after review, third-party bots and websites. If you order your own server from 24fire, your contract is with 24fire.
Can I use an existing server?
Yes. We review suitability for your project based on the applications, extensions and existing server specifications.
Are backups and maintenance automatically included?
No. Special backup requirements must be discussed in advance. Setup, operation, maintenance and responsibilities are agreed separately.
What server size do I need?
That depends on the applications, extensions and expected use. Tell us what you want to run and what is already in place so we can assess your project’s requirements.
